The hardest month in paid ads is Month 1. We are paying the platforms for data to see what converts. The goal of the first month is rarely massive return on investment (what you make compared to what you spend). Instead, it is establishing a baseline cost-per-lead (how much you pay each time someone contacts you) so we can optimize it downward in Months 2 and 3. I require a three-month initial commitment because that is realistically how long it takes to establish, test, and prove a highly profitable campaign. After that, we go month-to-month.
